Good

Dr. Rice is a good professor for freshman because she is very accommodating and is always willing to slowly explain difficult concepts. However, lectures can be pretty boring and really slow moving. She's very knowledgeable in the field of nutrition and would definitely be more interesting to listen to in a more advanced course. I have found that she has absolutely know knowledge of process engineering. So if you can not survive the first 5 days of freshman week, you would still have time to transfer to another class.

She goes by the name of Professor Bradley. Not my favorite professor. I feel like if she were teaching an advanced class she would be better. She clearly knows her stuff but she seems bored most of the time. She is also incredibly blunt. She uses iClickers.
