Professor Weil is a nice guy. He's really passionate about Building Construction and sustainability. However, I didn't find him to be the best professor. His lectures weren't that helpful and it's mandatory. Also, I always found his notes to be unorganized. Exams are open book on Moodle though. Building Construction 150 isn't a hard class, you can get an A if you work for it.
