Even after equipment is installed, problems can arise. I help troubleshoot and solve hardware and network related issues. Assisting customer over the phone, through email, remotely, and in person. I have developed the flexibility to work independently or with a team to complete projects on time. I help coordinate projects with all stakeholders so projects start on time and finish with expectations met.
