  Mathematics Academic Support Consultant

  Designed and oversaw the mathematics support component of the Engineering Success Alliance program. This included but was not limited to working one-on-one with identified first- and second-year engineering students; hiring, training, and supervising peer tutors; designing and implementing individual and group development plans unique to each student; designing and facilitating regular "math lab" activities; maintaining records of the program's success.
