I'm sure that Professor Kincaid is qualified to teach a rudimentary Business Law class. However, it doesn't come thru in her lectures. She acted like she covered everything. But in reality, she just vaguely glosses over very subtle points. Some of her tests had poorly written questions. Her midterm grading is incredibly subjective and not fair. Avoid her class.
