Modern atomic theory, chemical bonding, stoichiometry, kinetics. Course includes three hours of lecture and three hours of laboratory applications each week. Prerequisite(s): Two years of high school algebra and completion of learning support math requirements and MATH 1030 This is a General Education course transferable within the Tennessee Board of Regents system. This course is directly equivalent to a course at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
