My social work research interests are group work with refugee and immigrant populations; bachelors and master's level social work education (with a specific interest in cultural humility/competence) and social work with diverse populations (with a specific interest in new refugees and immigrants to the pittsburgh, pa area).

My teaching interests are in group and family social work interventions with a focus on culturally competent practice (utilizing concepts of cultural humility).
