    In the process of Hospital closing (2007-2008) temporarily acted as a Coordinator for the department of Behavioral Health, Outpatient Services, The Center for Parent Education and the Adult, Child, Adolescent and Family Clinic.

    Managed and Administered the Project for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH), an initiative providing direct support and assistance to 108 mentally ill homeless clients in Passaic County. Managed $475,000 annual budget. (2000 - 2007).

    Wrote and awarded $500,000 grant from New Jersey Department of Community Affairs to funds a lifetime housing and case management for 12 mentally ill homeless adults in Passaic County.

    Coordinator for Psychiatric Emergency Service (1996-2001)
    Deliver crisis intervention and assess the need for psychiatric hospitalization and referrals. Supervise and supported a team 15 staff, including oversaw $75,000. annual budget funded by the State of New Jersey.

    Provided pre/post- HIV testing counseling and therapy to adults, couples, families and groups. Acted as desbrief counselor for hospital staff and caregivers who lost patients to the disease. Worked with pre-adolescents and children who had lost parents to AIDS. (1991 - 1996).
