  our district was small enough for my students and myself to maintain. However

  it further developed into the site it is today hosted through CMS for schools.

  Initially I was hired right out of school as a technical typist and then transferred to Clinical Oncology as a stenographer. I was responsible for typing medical notes for charts

  attending the out-patient clinic to take orders from the physician to instructing the patients with the correct protocol

  ordering and organizing test results for the patient's visit and some followup contacts with patients.
