The class of Professor Kinkead is rough. One day, you'll be going over Aristotle. The next day you'll going over the Declaration of Independence. Quizzes were nothing about the videos we've watched. The essays don't relate to anything we've learned too. If it's not too late, find another professor.

This was undoubtedly the WORST English class I've ever had. She expected us to understand concepts that were way beyond our level of understanding. It was either her way or no way for her. Extremely cranky and unpleasant at times.

Her English 1302 class is more like a Psychology class than a regular English class. She expects you to read words and phrases that 90% of students at our level would find difficult to understand. Her discussions are boring and grading is tough, but you can see that she is passionate about teaching. Her personality was erratic and unpredictable. Wouldn't recommend taking this class.

Dr. Kinkead is my greatest favorite! Think about why you don't like her if you don't like her. Is it because she's a bad instructor, or because you're a bad student? She expects you to be a college student, so don't put off finishing your work until the last minute. This was a simple college-level English course; all you had to do was work!

Professor Kinkead was a very tough grader. She expected writing to be at a very high level that did not match the class. Almost the whole class failed, still, she was highly unreasonable with her grading.

Professor Kinkead is absolutely by the book. She allows no excuses. She's a hard grader when it comes to papers. She always gave me a D or F on papers. Also, she doesn't grant extra credit even if you have demonstrated that you're doing the work and putting in the effort. I would take it to another teacher and get a much better grade. I do not recommend this teacher.
