Ann’s marketing and communications background combined with her passion for longevity, led her to launch Fantastic55 (Fantastic55.com) in November 2017. Fantastic55 is a digital place for Information, Inspiration and Celebration for those 55-and-better (Fantastic55.com). Features include a Tips & Hints on navigating longevity, curated Research, personal Stories and Checklists that help readers make decisions faster, easier, better and cheaper!

Fantastic55 transitioned from BetaBlox, a KC area startup incubator into Wharton’s School of Business, University of Pennsylvania’s Executive Education Entrepreneurial Accelerator, September 2019.

Ann still serves as an Adjunct university instructor at Avila University and Donnelly College teaching Business, Communications and Marketing.

She has 20+ years of marketing and business development experience in both B2B and B2C including strategic planning, market development, brand strategy & execution, advertising, product development, distribution channels and channel marketing, customer communications via Internet, newsletters, direct mail and brochures; public relations, event planning and execution, co-branding, and co-marketing.

Ann is a consultative manager, a strong team builder, an outstanding presenter, motivator and trainer. She has led teams from 3 to 50 professionals and directed marketing budgets in excess of $1M. Ann is customer focused, data-driven and strives to maximize ROI.

She has provided vision, leadership and execution for several Boards of Directors- nonprofit sector. She is an Endowed Life member in the University of Missouri Alumni Association and held a national appointment assisting Mizzou Magazine. Ann is active in the Kansas City community, loves golf and the Jersey shore.
