Prof. Horton is really passionate about her class and by the end of it you will be too. Always read your assigned readings before class. She gives daily quizzes that are very easy IF you read. Good luck and have fun!

She makes you stay the full 3 hours of the lectures which made them long, however she makes it better with her sense of humor. The writing assignments she gives out are very easy. Participation matters because at the start of each class she does give a quiz, but if you read the book pages she says then you should be okay.
