  Senior Lean Facilitator

  • Facilitate complex, system-wide value stream initiatives involving the coaching and development of system and site leadership, physicians, and 15,000+ front line staff across four hospitals on five campuses who treat 700,000 patients annually.
  
  • Manage a robust review process for selecting, scoping, and prioritizing lean initiatives—such as reducing waste from hospital pharmacy operations; improving the patient home medication reconciliation process; and error-proofing the progression of patient care process to minimize delays and increase quality and throughput.
  
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver significant and quantifiable process improvement and financial benefits across business departments.
  
  • Provide coaching on how the knowledge of lean philosophies, principles, and tools incorporate into daily work life, including challenging status quo and developing breakthrough thinking.
