My passion is massively improving lives. I do this through intensive mentoring and coaching at the University of Delaware and by building scalable software for my clients. At the University I am the director of the Cyber Security Scholars and the Vertically Integrated Projects programs. These two are focused on revolutionizing engineering education by getting students into positions of making real things for real people as early as possible as part of their curriculum. The soft skills, autonomy, management, entrepreneurial imagination, and grittiness it develops help those students become the sort of all-stars you can build companies around.

As a business person I focus on delivering a high volume of high quality service through building enterprise platforms. The most rewarding work comes from listening to someone about the pain points they experience in the course of their daily lives and to imagine up solutions that make that person more effective. It's truly wealth creation when you can significantly improve someone else's bottom line and quality of life.
