    and training new staff. Certification required analysis of documentation provided by non-profit and government agencies in comparison to California Public Resource Codes. EDRiP required creating program guidelines for Local Conservation Corps to request grant funding

    and creating spreadsheets for grant administration. New staff in the unit were trained in overseeing Proposition 84 and EDRiP grants.
