Awful

Prof. Amberly is one of the worst profs I've ever had. Her work isn't difficult at all but it's her attitude and the feedback she gives that make things worse. Examples of her feedback are, "wow, do you even pay attention to detail" or "i'll give you 5 pts because you turned something in". Honestly, I followed all of her directions in class but it still wasn't enough for her. PLS AVOID TAKING HER.

Prof. Amberly is the worst prof I've ever had. I took her class because I saw that she has a good rating here. She gives an attitude in her feedback while grading papers. She also gives so much work and you'll barely have time to breathe. She isn't responsive to emails and her grading is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend taking her.

I took Prof. Durfield's class during Spring 2020. She's very strict about MLA citation, wording, and in-text citations. She'll even give rude feedback if you did something wrong. She also grades late. She doesn't give make-ups and extra credit as well. Such a tough prof.

Good

Prof. Amberly's class wasn't hard if you put in effort. He's a slow grader. He took over a month to grade essays that were worth large chunk of grade.

Prof. Durfield's class was the worst class I've ever taken! She takes off points if she doesn't like the way you express something. She's actually absent the whole sem and she even reuses emails from previous sems. She's THAT lazy. I don't feel like she cares about her students.

Don't waste time and money on Professor Durfield. She's very picky about everything. Also, she claims that she's generous with her grading, even though she isn't. This class is simply absurd. And the amount of effort you have to put into satisfying its particular grading style, is not worth it.
