We didn't use any textbook in Prof. Lucia's class, just multiple articles. Everything was pretty easy as long as you talk to her or the TA. There were quite a lot of heavy readings, but they were interesting! Sometimes, lectures can be boring, but clips and movies are good. I actually just took moderate effort to get an A-.

Professor Lucia's class was average. Sometimes it was interesting, other times not so much. The subject matter was interesting but unfortunately, the lessons were sometimes a bit laborious. If your teacher assistant isn't the best, you're just out of luck. Most of the grade was discussion participation. People usually take this course, because they have to, not because they want to.
