    Amanda Hartman is an Audit Partner in the Dallas audit practice of Grant Thornton LLP and also leads the market territory financial services industry group for all service lines throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

    Amanda has significant experience in conducting audits and assessing internal controls of FDICIA banks and public audit clients, and has assisted clients with filing reports as required by the 1933 and 1934 Securities Acts. She also has significant experience in the coordination, review and supervision of large public engagements, including the integration across multiple service lines to ensure seamless client service delivery.

    Amanda also serves as the Chairperson for Grant Thornton’s National Lending Audit Task Force. In this role, she drives the assessment and development of banking related audit methodology in response to changes in standards or regulatory feedback. She has also served in the firm's Dallas professional standards group, assisting engagement teams with resolution to technical and audit matters. In this role, she participated in and coordinated the inspection process and internal quality review process.
