  • Third Rock Risk Management Inc.

    President/CEO - Consultant

Third Rock is a full service advisory firm that provides risk management expertise to organizations across Canada (and internationally) in an effort to enhance sales, reduce insurance costs, and gain long term competitive advantage:

Guided by the principle that a risk adjusted sales approach enables every company to “sell most of their product or service to their best customers”, we develop strong communication between Marketing/Sales and Credit/Accounting teams to maximize profitability and efficiency. Third Rock works with organizations to create common language and consensus around the internal sales and risk processes.

As specialists in credit risk management, we work with Canadian and international exporters to ensure they get maximum value from their credit insurers at the lowest possible cost.

Our management consulting practice enables us to assist companies in raising capital, providing short term contract CFO services, developing sales and risk models, as well provide leadership training and real estate financing strategies.

We can service our customers at every level of the organization. As a trusted advisor or a coach to new managers, we ensure that each engagement is properly serviced and understood before we get started. Regardless of the challenge, Third Rock offers practical advice and strategic planning that will create tangible results for your organization. We commit to continually improving our service and finding better ways to serve our customers… and we strive to make every customer feel like they are our best!

2016 and 2017 could be challenging years. Now is the time to make sure your internal risk management practices coordinate well with the sales function, so that the uncertainty in making decisions can be minimized.
